Atom.com is an AI-native domain marketplace and branding platform. We help founders and businesses find and secure the right name, faster. We're scaling our outbound sales engine and looking for someone with real outbound experience to help drive it.
The Role
You'll run outbound sales to prospective domain buyers: building target lists, personalizing outreach at scale, and managing a full pipeline from first email to handoff. You'll also help with outbound to tech platforms and startups as we grow our partnership channel.
What You'll Do
- Run outbound email campaigns to prospective buyers, personalized to each account
- Build and manage target lists and contact data in our CRM
- Research and identify the right decision-makers at target companies
- Use AI tools to speed up research, writing, and prioritization
- Track replies and follow-ups, keep the pipeline clean
- Hand off qualified conversations to the right sales lead
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree
- 3+ years in outbound sales, SDR/BDR, or a similar high-volume outreach role at a tech company or startup
- Proven experience with outreach tools (Apollo, Outreach, lemlist, Smartlead, Instantly, or similar)
- Strong writing — you can personalize at scale without sounding templated
- Comfortable using AI tools daily to work faster
- Self-directed, organized, and able to manage a high-volume pipeline independently
